1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the web hosting services provided by City Host (host.city.com.pk), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and City Host ("Provider").

2. Service Description

City Host provides subdomain hosting services on 17 registered Pakistani domains including Tajar.pk, Tajar.in, ansar.pk, Zari.pk, city.com.pk, Daultala.pk, Daultala.com.pk, Gujarkhan.pk, Mobileshop.pk, Rawat.pk, Myquetta.pk, Mysindh.pk, Mylahore.pk, Jewellers.com.pk, Kakar.pk, mysalon.pk, and Parlor.com.pk. Services include one-time website setup and annual hosting renewal. The Client receives a functional subdomain website (e.g., name.domain.pk) based on the selected plan.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A one-time setup charge is payable before website deployment. Annual hosting and domain renewal fees must be paid before the expiry date to avoid service suspension. City Host reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice via email or website announcement.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients must not use hosted subdomains for illegal activities, spam, phishing, malware distribution, copyright infringement, adult content, or any activity violating Pakistani law. City Host monitors resource usage and reserves the right to suspend accounts violating this policy without prior warning. Content must comply with PECA (Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act) 2016.

5. Service Level Agreement

City Host strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. The Provider is not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, third-party failures, or DDoS attacks targeting the Client's subdomain.

6. Data and Content Ownership

The Client retains full ownership of all content uploaded to their subdomain website. City Host does not claim any intellectual property rights over Client content. Upon service termination, the Client may request data export within 15 days, after which data may be permanently deleted.

7. Refund Policy

One-time setup charges are non-refundable once the website has been deployed. Annual renewal fees are refundable within 7 days of payment if the service has not been utilized. Refund requests must be submitted via email to host@city.com.pk with order details.

8. Limitation of Liability

City Host's total liability for any claim arising from these services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the preceding 12 months. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue or data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. City Host may immediately terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities. Upon termination, the subdomain and all associated data will be deleted after the 15-day data export window.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Quetta, Balochistan. For questions regarding these terms, contact us at host@city.com.pk or 03064140206.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

City Host collects personal information that you voluntarily provide when registering for our services, including your full name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, desired subdomain name, and payment information. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing patterns on host.city.com.pk through cookies and server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your personal data is used to: (a) provide and manage subdomain hosting services, (b) process payments and send invoices, (c) communicate service updates, renewals, and support responses via WhatsApp or email, (d) improve our website and services through analytics, (e) comply with Pakistani legal requirements under PECA 2016. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

All personal data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS). Payment information is processed through trusted third-party payment gateways and is not stored on our servers. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses essential cookies for session management and functionality. Analytics cookies (if any) are used to understand visitor behavior and improve our services. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We may share your data only with: (a) payment processors for transaction completion, (b) domain registrars for subdomain configuration, (c) legal authorities when required by Pakistani law, (d) service providers who assist in operating our platform under strict data processing agreements. All third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Your Rights (GDPR-Aligned)

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data we hold, (b) request correction of inaccurate data, (c) request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), (d) withdraw consent for data processing, (e) data portability — receive your data in a structured format, (f) lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. 7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the duration of your active subscription plus 12 months after termination for record-keeping purposes. Payment records are retained for 5 years as required by Pakistani tax regulations. Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it upon verification.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent website notice at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
